Ok, my corporation has been set up - Emanon Systems, Inc. Now in the process of filing all the correct paperwork, etc.

Also, just got a phone call from the California company that phone interviewed me twice. They wanted to check my schedule for an in person interview. This interview should happen sometime next week.
